Buyers Guide Loan Application Upon completion of the contract the buyer should apply for a loan, if the purchase is not a cash deal. The buyer has 5 days to complete the loan application. Buyer has 10 days to receive conditional loan approval. If you are getting a loan for the house, the lender will require a property survey that certifies the house is within the boundaries of the lot. The closing company will arrange for the surveyor, which the seller usually pays for. The house was previously surveyed twice with no additions or modifications to the house. |
