Inspections

Your mortgage company will require both a Home Inspection and a Termite Inspection. The buyer arranges for these inspections, and the inspector reports the findings to the buyer. Typically the buyer pays for inspections directly to the inspector.

Again, this house has previously had a complete set of inspections and all identified issues have been fixed or addressed. So, we believe that the house is very sound and without any issues.
